Earn daily credits by making healthy choices in 5 categories. You may notice a few tweaks to the challenge. I tried to keep it simple.
- Exercise -- Move at least 30 minutes a day and earn 5 credits. Exercise can be what you make it -- walking, running, bicycling, strength training, even housework.
- Sweets -- Enjoy 3 sweets per week of your choice and earn 5 credits for keeping it to 3.
- Fruits and Veggies -- Earn 1 credit for every serving of vegetable or fruit you eat each day.
- Water -- Earn 1 credit for every 8 ounces of water you drink each day.
- Late-Night Snacking -- Earn 1 credit for staying out of the kitchen after 8pm. No cheating by hiding a package of trail mix in your bedroom for a midnight snack. :)
