We drank a cup of it each morning as we left to go explore the city on foot. With my first sip I could feel the bags under my eyes deflating. I actually rolled out of bed one of those mornings and said (in the groggiest of morning voices), "I need my morning citrus water." We must tell coffee drinkers everywhere! :)

And thanks, Jess, for these motivating statistics! I am prone to knock-me-out migraines and dehydration is one of my triggers. I had no idea how many other things water consumption can effect! I have a bad back and my knees sometimes give me trouble. Water is awesome!

I have a hard time drinking just plain water, so I usually infuse it with something yummy. I'll add half a lemon, some cucumber slices, and a few mint leaves to my enormous water bottle and then it is easy to drink lots! Lemon water is also really good for you.
